The winch in the mining area must meet the following requirements:
1) Can adapt to the downhole operating environment. In mining areas
with combustible and explosive gases such as gas underground, winch
and electrical control equipment with explosion-proof performance
must be used, in accordance with the relevant requirements of coal
Mine Safety Regulations.
2) The lifting capacity shall meet the task requirements of
transporting coal, gangue, materials, equipment and personnel in
the mining area where the winch is located.
3) In one lift, the lifting load, safety factor of wire rope and
safety factor of mechanical strength shall meet the specified
requirements. No overload operation, no underload operation.
4) The depth indicator can be accurately and clearly indicated
within the range of lifting stroke. The actual stroke of the
pointer shall not exceed the range specified by the depth
indicator, nor shall it be excessively shortened. In general, the
actual stroke of the pointer should be between 1/2 and 2/3 of the
rated stroke of the depth indicator, which is convenient for the
hoist operator to observe clearly and improve the accuracy and
reliability of operation.
5) It can meet the requirement of emergency braking in case of
sudden accidents.
6) Can meet the "coal mine safety regulations" related to the
lifting device requirements.
6. Main lifting device: The definition of main lifting device in
Coal Mine Safety Regulations is: hoisting machine containing
hoisting machine and hoisting machine with hoisting material with

Spooling device:
1. The rope winding device of the winch (spooling device winch)
adopts the principle of double rotating screw to drive the rope
wheel to move back and forth,It is mechanical transmission device,
easy to use, safe and reliable.
2. The winch rope arranging device consists of six parts, namely,
power output part, transmission box, clutch, spiral sleeve part,
rope supporting part and base.
3. In the installation process, does not require any part of the
transformation of the winch, only needs to install the outer gear
on the winch motor side, the power of the motor output.
Drive principle:
Winch drum - gear box - screw sleeve rotation - rope wheel
reciprocating movement.
