Each electric winch is composed of drive system, cable winding
system, electrical control system, hook and other components. Drive
system includes motor, reducer and other components. The wire rope
winding system consists of wire rope, wire drum and other parts.
Electrical control system includes control handle, control box,
stroke control switch and other parts.
Maintenance and maintenance of electric winch
1. All power supply must be completely cut off before maintenance
of the winch begins. There should be no load in the system.
2. Before maintenance is permitted, users are advised to operate
under the work permit system to ensure that all explosion hazards
have been assessed by qualified persons.
3. Check the painting condition of the winch every month, and paint
it to ensure that the metal is not exposed or corroded.
4. Make sure all shields are in place.
5. Check the operation of all safety devices, including the
emergency stop system.
6. Check all electrical junction boxes to prevent loose connectors
and water or condensate from entering.
7. Make sure all bolts and screw connections are secure.
Installation of electric winch
The most important note here is the state of the rope drum, which
must be used to ensure that the lasso is evenly wound before the
process begins. The installation process is as follows:
1. Plug in the remote control. Connect the distal end of the first
plug-in winch.
2. Do not let the remote connection hang. If you are a driver,
operate the remote control from the driver's seat and then make
additional connections around the side mirrors of the car to make
co-working easier.
3. Open the noose, use the remote control to open the noose a bit,
and install it on the side of the electric winch.
Turn on the clutch. Please note that we have to open the hook later
to open the clutch.
5. Hold the rope hook hand. Grabbing the hook with one hand pulls
the rope out of the roller, so no matter how long the rope has been
twisted, it doesn't reach the hook.
6. Pull the rope on the pivot and lock the clutch.
So the electric winch is installed.
