Use of winch
The main uses of the winch are as follows: first, as lifting
equipment, it is used for mine lifting, sinking lifting and
suspension (lifting) sinking equipment and facilities, that is,
along the shaft lifting ore, waste (gangue) stone, lifting
personnel, lowering materials, tools and equipment; Second, it is
used as transportation equipment for underground scheduling and
transportation of ore (harvester), stope rake ore (slag) or
filling, removing columns, etc.
Characteristics of hydraulic winch
Hydraulic winch is mainly rated load larger winch, under normal
circumstances more than 10T to 5000T winch design hydraulic winch.
Its structure is mainly composed of hydraulic motor (low speed or
high speed motor), hydraulic normally closed multi-disc brake,
planetary gear box, clutch (optional), drum, supporting shaft,
frame, rope press (optional) and so on. Hydraulic motor has high
mechanical efficiency, large starting torque, and can request
according to the working condition of flow distribution with
different, still can design according to need directly integrated
in the motor oil distribution valve group, such as belt balance
valve, the overload valve, shuttle valve, high pressure control
reversing valve or other performance of the valve group, brake,
planetary gear box installed directly in the drum, Drum, support
shaft, frame design according to mechanical requirements, the
overall structure is simple and reasonable and has enough strength
and rigidity. Therefore, this series winch has the characteristics
of compact structure, small size, light weight and beautiful
appearance, and has the characteristics of good safety, high
efficiency, large starting torque, good low-speed stability, low
noise and reliable operation in performance.
