LBSW Hydraulic winch primarily consists of four parts, including
oil distributor, hydraulic motor,brake,drum and stand. The oil
distributor inciuled one-way balance valve, brake and high pressure
shuttle valve.
Product Overview:
Wire rope winch plays an important role in lifting operation of oil
field. With the development of petroleum industry, the efficiency
of drilling and workover operation has been greatly improved, and
the quality and reliability requirements of wire rope have also
been increased. Increase in the impact load, run speed increase,
the radius of the cases, the steel wire rope in the homework often
wear, deformation and structure damage and so on the phenomenon of
premature failure, disorderly rope drum is a major cause of
premature failure caused by wire rope, the company developed LEBUS
groove drum solved this phenomenon, in the equipment before
delivery done rope trial, The main drum wire rope is not neatly
arranged, empty groove, bite rope, back rope are not allowed to
leave the factory.
In general, the LEBUS groove of the drum of drilling machine and
workover machine is left-handed, and the rope laying direction must
be determined according to the winding direction of the drum. The
winding direction of wire rope has great influence on the
arrangement of wire rope, so wire rope should be used correctly
according to the rotation direction of drum. If the wire rope is
twisted incorrectly, the wire rope will loosen in the process of
winding, resulting in chaotic arrangement of wire rope, accelerated
wear, and reduced bearing capacity. The LEBUS rope groove developed

multi-layer winding, no disorderly rope, no rope biting, and
